- What should I wear to a massage?
- Whatever is comfortable. For massages, you undress only as far as feels comfortable, and your body stays covered the whole time. Indian Head treatments are done fully clothed.
- Should I arrive early?
- For your first appointment, come five minutes early so we can talk calmly about what brings you in. After that, arriving right on time is perfectly fine.
- Where can I park?
- The nearest public car park is by the waterfront, two minutes on foot from the studio. In summer it fills up quickly, so allow a little time to find a spot — or walk if you're staying in the centre.
- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
- Through the link in the booking confirmation sent by Fresha — no phone call, just a few taps. Please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Do you offer gift vouchers?
- We do, for all services and packages. Send us a message or an email, we'll agree on an amount or a treatment, and the voucher will be waiting at the studio or sent to you by email.
- How do I pay?
- At the studio, after your treatment — cash or card. No online payment is needed.
- Can I have a massage during pregnancy?
- After the first trimester, yes, with an adapted position and techniques. We don't do chiropractic or cupping during pregnancy. Call us before booking so we can choose the right treatment.
- It's my first time — what does a visit look like?
- No formalities: a short conversation about your health and what's bothering you, an agreement on pressure and focus, and then the treatment. No referral or scans are needed, but feel free to bring them if you have them.
- Do you speak foreign languages?
- We speak Croatian and English, and we can also get by in German and Italian.
